Vertical Integration

Vertical integration is the act of bringing key services up and down the supply chain in-house. EGR is a vertically integrated company - we control the production of our products as much as possible, from design and engineering, to raw material processing, production, manufacturing, assembly and despatch.

Being vertically integrated has enabled EGR to:

• maintain high standards of quality across all areas of product design, development and production
• be environmentally responsible in our production and transportation practices
• keep employment local and make greater contributions to local economies
• have greater control over production and delivery schedules
• make innovations in product design and development
• operate with the stability that is required for further investment and growth

Vertical integration isn't the simplest path to business success, but it is the most sustainable, responsible, and environmentally efficient.
